This was absolutely amazing!!! If I was blindfolded, I wouldn't have known it wasn't real noodles. The blend of spices and garlic really help take away the squashy flavor. The consistency and amount of ingredients were perfect. We split one squash among 4 people, so there were slightly less carbs per serving. My kids devoured it! We'll definitely be making this again (probably weekly!).

I used a bit more cheese, and the bacon was applewood smoked bacon. it is a good alternative to pasta. I would make again:-)
